La Aldea apartments are furnished, which eases your transition to your new home. Below is a list of items included with your apartment.
Furnishings
- Bedroom: full-sized bed, three-drawer dresser (dimensions: 29.5 inches wide, 18.5 inches deep, and 30 inches high), and one closet per bedroom
- Please note: La Aldea apartments do NOT include linens such as bedding and towels.
- Living room: sofa, arm chair, and end table + ceiling fan with light
- Please note: La Aldea apartments do NOT include desks, desk chairs or bookcases
- Kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, frost-free refrigerator, stove, dining table, and chairs
- Electric air conditioning and heat controlled by a thermostat in each apartment
- Carpet and window blinds in living room and bedrooms
- 2- and 4-person units include a washer and dryer; residents of 1-person units can use conveniently located community laundry rooms at no charge
- Patio/balcony in some units
- All utilities included in rent:
- Electricity, including heating and cooling
- Water
- UA Wi-Fi throughout the complex
- High-speed internet in each bedroom
- Local & PAC-12 TV channels
La Aldea is a community for single graduate and professional students. This community of peers values a quiet atmosphere that is conducive to study. La Aldea has many other features that enhance residents’ ability to concentrate on their post-baccalaureate studies in comfort, including:
